Applications are now open for the 2023 Swiss 3RCC's 3Rs Award and Young 3Rs Investigators award!
The Swiss 3Rs Competence Centre established the 3Rs Awards to recognize outstanding work in the 3Rs area in Switzerland and promote dissemination and communication of that work.
Eligibility
Nominee is/was active in Switzerland;
The work was conducted in Switzerland (if an output of an international collaboration, only Swiss partners would be eligible);
The nominated work is not currently funded by the 3RCC grants;
Nominee is living in Switzerland.
Award criteria
The nominated work resulted in an output (scientific publication, pre-print, guideline, book chapter, educational/outreach event etc.) in the year 2023;
The work has a scope of furthering at least one of the 3Rs;
The work should seek translatability and aspire to wider implementation of 3Rs.
Award
A signed and framed certificate.
The recipient will be eligible to receive the 3Rs Award 4’000/ Young 3Rs Investigator Award 1’000 CHF to be put forward to support the communication and dissemination of the awarded work.
Presenting their work at a 3Rs event (e.g., the 3Rs Day).
