The Swiss 3RCC is organising a special 3Rs Innovation Challenge for Early Career Researchers related to the 3Rs. It will take place on December 4th in Bern.

During this one-day on-site workshop, you will be assigned into interdisciplinary groups, mixing laboratory research and social sciences perspectives, with the goal of a 3Rs advancement project together. Groups are guided in processes of ideation, collaborative problem solving and project creation inspired by your own research. Each group will have the opportunity to pitch their idea for a 3Rs collaborative solution and feedback is given by the mentors. Besides from developing these various soft skills, you will deepen your understanding of what the 3Rs mean in your own field and within the group and gain clearer insights into how 3Rs solutions can be implemented.
