Successful research depends not only on ideas and data, but also on how we work together.
In this course, early-career researchers explore how communication, presence and unspoken
power dynamics shape collaboration in research environments.
Through practical exercises, reflection and guided feedback, participants learn how to
communicate with clarity and confidence, navigate challenging interactions and build trust
across disciplines, hierarchies and cultures.
The course focuses on recognising unhelpful communication patterns and developing more
constructive, partnership-based approaches to working with others.
