We optimize our kennels for videorecording so that we are capable of applying the latest in deep/machine learning based animal tracking/welfare monitoring techniques
We use behaviour flow analysis to build individual behaviour profiles for each of the dogs at baseline and monitor how they change in response to training and treatment
We compare and contrast the new behavioural analysis approaches we apply to previous gold standard behavioural analysis techniques used in dogs
We increase the reliability and reproducibility of welfare monitoring in dogs and show that advanced behavioural analysis tools developed for rodents can be used in other species
